Putting things into practice. At first glance this seems simple enough.
Step 1: You hear someone give you practical advice
Step 2: You agree that it makes sense
Step 3: you just put it into practice
From my own experience, that last step is often hardest things to do ever, something that I constantly struggle with.
Often we are our own biggest enemy.
Our culture celebrates not doing what we're told.
My theory for why this is is that as we grow older, we find it more and more difficult to believe that someone else has a better plan for our life than ourselves.
